Dr. Sammi Aiezza
Dr. Aiezza is originally from New York but grew up in Sarasota, Florida. She recently moved to Hickory with her husband Ben and her three fur babies, Malachi, Maverick, and Titan. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in biology before attending the LECOM School of Dental Medicine to obtain her D.M.D. She met her husband, Dr. Crawford, during her tenure there, and they tied the knot in September 2023.
Dr. Aiezza believes in the power of root canal therapy, as it offers patients a chance to save their natural teeth, which can help change their perspective and improve their overall oral health—ultimately giving them a renewed sense of the importance of their dental care. Aside from root canal therapy, Dr. Aiezza performs other forms of general dentistry and is certified by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics to provide botox and fillers to her patients. With her calm and compassionate approach, Dr. Aiezza and her team aim to deliver a dental experience like no other. She has a passion for delivering confidence, one smile at a time.
When Dr. Aiezza is not working, she enjoys staying fit and healthy by working out, playing pickleball, and taking her dogs to explore everything North Carolina has to offer. Dr. Aiezza is also a foodie, so feel free to recommend to her any of your favorite spots to try!
Dr. Benjamin Crawford
Dr. Benjamin Crawford graduated from Albion College in Michigan, where he played college baseball and obtained a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. Dr. Crawford then attended LECOM School of Dentistry to obtain his DMD. Dr. Crawford grew up in a small town in Michigan and spent most of his childhood playing sports and hanging out with his younger brother. Dr. Crawford looks forward to serving the community with the utmost care through his patient-centered approach. He is passionate about giving his patients the smile they desire.
When Dr. Crawford is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 dogs. His hobbies include hiking, traveling, pickleball, and going out to eat. Dr. Crawford looks forward to meeting you and providing you and your family with the best dental care in the area.
